Louie’s Modern

With the closing of Downtown Sarasota’s University Club, residents feared there would no longer be a place for downtown events. Partnering with Downtown Sarasota restaurant owner, Steve Seidensticker, Biter purchased a very prominent commercial real estate property in order to bring the life back to the downtown area. Now known as Louie’s Modern, the once vacant lot has blossomed into a bustling location, as well as a successful investment.

Legacy Trail Extension

Jesse Biter is an avid cyclist and believes that great trails make for a great community. Biter teamed up with the Friends of Legacy Trail to help extend the Legacy Trail an additional 8 miles in to the heart of Sarasota. Please consider getting involved with this worthwhile project. This is where it all began, back in the basement of Biter’s parent’s home. While working at a car dealership during his high school years, Biter found ways to help the owners hack in to their management system and access information in new and different ways.
