With the closing of Downtown Sarasota’s University Club, residents feared there would no longer be a place for downtown events. Partnering with Downtown Sarasota restaurant owner, Steve Seidensticker, Biter purchased a very prominent commercial real estate property in order to bring the life back to the downtown area. Now known as Louie’s Modern, the once vacant lot has blossomed into a bustling location, as well as a successful investment.
